The programme incorporates wellness consultations, fitness assessments and daily personal training. Some sessions are conducted outdoors to further inspire your workouts. 

You may be introduced to the disciplines of Yoga and Pilates to tone both body and mind, or be encouraged to go deeper in to your existing practice. You will leave with a personalised map of how to reclaim your body, armed with core techniques needed to boost an active lifestyle.
